If a guest wishes to cancel or modify a booked service, we kindly ask that this be communicated in writing at least 15 days prior to the start of the service by email to: mykonosapartman@gmail.com. During peak season (June 23 – August 31), the cancellation deadline is extended to a minimum of 30 days before arrival. If the guest does not arrive or fails to notify us of their cancellation within the above timeframes, the full amount of the booked services will be charged as a penalty. In this case, the provider is released from the obligation to accommodate the guest and may offer the unused room to another guest. If the cancellation is made after the deadline, but the provider is able to rebook the accommodation for another guest, the reservation may be rescheduled once, based on a mutual agreement and subject to availability. Please note that no cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival or the day before. For group reservations, cancellation conditions are determined individually during the booking process. In the case of promotional or special offers, the applicable cancellation policy is outlined in the specific offer. If no special policy is stated, the general terms and conditions apply. Discounted packages tied to a fixed duration are only valid for the full period booked. If shortened or split, the full package price will be charged. For services (e.g., accommodation, meals) that have been booked but not used or modified during the guest’s stay, no refunds can be provided. For offers with special conditions, events, or group travel, the provider reserves the right to apply individual contractual terms that may differ from the above.
